DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!I walked in with 3 of my kids who are boba fanatics. We have visited many, if not almost every store up and down the coast. Today we decided to give fruits from heaven a shot.We were not greeted and did not feel welcomed at all. The first thing we see is a sign that said “NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES” which should have been a warning sign from the start. But, being a server, I understand that sometimes customers can be difficult to deal with, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt.We asked simple questions and every response was short and cold leaving me to think that he was not very knowledgeable. After waiting over 20 minutes (mind you, we were the only ones there) they placed the drinks on the counter and walked alway without saying a word. The boba was milky and melting, the smoothies were watery and tasteless. Even my 7 year old stated that it taste expired. I’m fact, everything we purchased tasted old and disgusting.We spent almost 40 dollars and not one of us were able to take more than one sip. We threw them away and respectfully walked away.I usually don’t write negative reviews because as business owners we understand that sometimes things aren’t perfect. However, not only were we not treated professionally, but two of my kids are currently sitting at home with a stomach ache and I’m not feeling the greatest myself.Hopefully they see this and fix the issue. But, from my experience today, I don’t think they are customer service oriented and do not see them getting any better.Best of luck
Nice clean restaurant with kind friendly service. The coconut coffee drink was delicious and the sandwich was gone before I remembered to take a picture. Glad your close to home see you soon!
Wow! Was not expecting such an amazing experience! I got the coconut dark coffee and it was so good! Also loved the atmosphere!
