Dunkin' - Port St Lucie

I am a regular customer at this restaurant and always receive excellent customer service. On a recent visit, I ordered a Sweet tea but it was not sweet at all. Initially, I thought it was unsweetened tea, but when the employee Jessica returned with a remake, she explained that the tea had simply not been sweetened properly. I suggested adding a couple of pumps of liquid sugar, but then changed my mind, thinking maybe I didn't need the sugar that morning. Despite my indecision, Jessica kindly offered to fix the drink. They say third time's a charm, and it was. The tea was perfect after the remake.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant where the manager was rude, disrespectful, and refused to give me the food I paid for. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.

The food was average, as expected from any Dunkin' Donuts. However, the service was extremely poor, with the staff being incredibly rude.

Extremely slow and it seems the entire staff had an attitude.

Well they had the Vietnamese style coffee that I loved but it's discontinued so no more Dunkin' donuts for me but it was good while it lasted
