Extremely disappointed by the telephone contact I just had with a young girl who obviously does not know how to handle your hotel's telephone reception. Let me explain, I have a weekend and well-being wonderbox worth 200 euros. I'm calling to find out if you accept it like many of your competitors. My interlocutor informs me that she will find out more. I wait a few minutes, she comes back and tells me what day I want to book. I repeat my request to him by asking him if this box is accepted or not. She leaves me telling me that she will find out again. She comes back and the same thing she tells me normally we'll take it. I then lose my patience by asking him to really find out because I'm not going to drive 500 km for nothing. She leaves and returns after a discussion with her manager where I am informed that my box is not accepted. I wasted 10 minutes for that. No professionalism.

A modest experience at the Best Western Hotel Nuit de Retz. The rooms were very small, offering limited space. However, the breakfast was satisfactory, note the kindness of the staff, in particular for kindly lending me a charger, as I had forgotten mine. An appreciated gesture which added a positive note. An option to consider for a basic stay with decent amenities. Rooms: 4
