Whit's Frozen Custard

Just moved within walking distance from this custard shop. Upon entering with my family (and dog) we were greeted by the friendly staff. We told the nice young man at the counter it was our first time and he offered us samples, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We all enjoyed the custard thoroughly; it was the best I've ever had. They made a sundae for our dog as well topped with a milk bone. The beautiful outdoor seating is a very nice amenity. I feel fortunate this great place is so close to my new home and will return again and again. A+ for customer service, wish I had gotten the nice young man's name, he made our night.

Whits had the best frozen custard in town. It's incredibly creamy. They have a special flavor every day and two special flavors on the weekend. The staff is great and friendly. It's always clean. They have slush puppies which brings me back to my little league days. There is also a nice area outside to sit.

My daughter went for ice cream late last night and did not come home with an item that was paid for. Since it was after hours by the time she came home, I sent an email. Much to my surprise, I was contacted immediately, via email, apologizing and offering to make sure my daughter gets the item our next visit. Amazing customer service!!! (A lost art these days) Thank you! The custard is amazing as well!!!

I love Whit?s! The staff is always so quick to make an amazing recommendation, very friendly, always happy and smiling. The store is always so clean and well maintained which is hard to find today. The custard, daily flavors and menu are all to die for! I would give them 1000 stars if I could!

This place may have good products but the reason I?m giving it 1 star is because of the way they treat the teenage employees. They are taken advantage of and not shown any kind of appreciation or respect. This place is great because of the sweet teenagers. They run that place and I find it odd that i never see adults, managers, etc working and teenagers closing down a commercial shop on their own. I hope that Whits revamps their management team because they don?t do anything and there doesn?t seem to be professional management In place.
