Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical smoothie is usually good for me, but the staff at this point is a joke. Rude and completely unprofessional. I'll talk to you elsewhere from now on.

As much as my family and I enjoy the food and the smoothies, customer service must be improved. Our orders, whether through execution or delivery, were completely missing. Today I discussed this with one of the employees and they would not even consider the mistakes. Instead, they recommended checking my order. I can certainly do this, but it is not about the root of the problem. You should take the time to ensure that the customer's order is correctly fulfilled. Due to their poor customer service, I will not order from this location in the future.

In these days I try to give a break to hospitality and retail...Nothing will be 100% perfect until the workers are properly compensated. However, the food from this theme is smoothie location, especially, only terrible. Today, for example, I had a Quesadilla that was overcrowded and warmed, just enough to make it all beautiful and slender. In the garbage. The smoothies were as good as ever. But they are also hard to do wrong. We give this place another attempt in 2023... Perhaps what does not work is identified and corrected by then. The location on the highway through the Best Buy is much more consistent and we make the extra trip while juning for a pomegranate.

As a formal Tropical Smoothie employee, my opinion about the work in this particular place was terrible as a so-called Shift Leader. Our bosses would let minors work for 40 hours without breaks until they can't take it anymore. Parents would call the boss and try to explain their child's frustrations, but without determination. On the other hand, I could not accept how our boss treated these minors, so I decided to stop yesterday. I had my own share of disappointments since the 3rd. In January 2022, fulltime employees were employed. But, as our boss treats these teenagers, it weighed hard on my heart. Work here at your discretion!!!! God bless...
