Big Apple Pizza Pasta

The pizza and the delivery was good for all the times we have ordered so far when we were accused of circumciding the supplier of joe the manager there! are you sweating? her credit card machine was 't working right and my man said to her coworker I didn't break the money so for now, I have to call her back. we called another great apple near and ordered from them instead of without problems with our credit card. you still did the job after we canceled it! we have returned the pizza because we have not ordered them or approved the order and their manager has the grace to call us directly and to accuse us of sakmming? we have returned the food we did not order, so how exactly did we cheat you? Maybe if her credit card machine worked properly and listened to her employee actiw the customer, this would not have happened.

Shameful!!!!!! Clearly old reheated pizza. The plates are small so the picture is an optical illusion making it seem like the pizza slices are huge. If I wasn't starving I would have had more sense to say I'm not eating this and leave. I took the second slice home and after taking one bite I realized I wouldn't even feed this to a rat. I threw the pizza away. This was yesterday around 1:30pm 8/26/27. Waitress was sweet and the decor was nice. The chef needs to be re trained ASAP.

I ordered my normal pepperoni pizza from this establishment on 6/23/2022 8:47pm to be exact. I arrived to pick up my pizza before 9:30pm, a crew member stated I never ordered a pizza here, I showed the crew member the phone call details showing the number to there location and how long the call lasted. Hire people that actually do their job. I wasted my time and gas to be lied to. I will never eat here again.

Dry, plastic-like cheese, and slight burnt taste. Cold. I was super eager to try Big Apple just because I’ve lived in St Lucie for so many decades and haven’t yet. I may be way off, but it seems like they tossed the pizza meant for display-only into a box and delivered it to my house along with the left-over lasagna made into lasagna sticks? Only because I know the owner to have a sincere love for our community, will I give this place a second chance. Hoping this review gets his attention and he looks into the way things are being done in the SLW location. I will edit my next review accordingly. Pictures uploaded. Ps- the four burnt “lasagna sticks” cost $10!!!

Went to get to slices w sausage got burnt pizza had to drive back went home slices were small no taste what so ever pure cardboard threw it in garbage
