Down By The Bay Cafe - Port Richey

This place is great! It offers delicious food, a peaceful atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seats, Kids Karaoke on Wednesday (not expected peaceful this night, but it is a lot loud, entertaining fun! The chefs are amazing, constantly coming with new a dish that only rocks your tastes! You think I'm kidding? Try the Fish Tacos, the Shrimp, the Flaming Cheese, Gator Bites, the Macaroni bites-yum! But the Cod... mmm, the best! The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. The servers are friendly, fun and fast. The owner is gracious, responsive and seriously looking for honest feedback, so the customer service is top priority. You just have to try, you'll be glad you did it!

That was my second visit. I brought two friends. The food is very good. First visit I had her busty fried clam basket.... Excellent!! My 2nd visit, I had her fish with onion rings... very good, brought half to dinner last night!! I'll try her crab cake again. The staff and the owner are over everything. Please try them out. We went to an early Mother's Day lunch today. The food was excellent and the new owner was very nice and the staff. if you are not there Please do this because you are not disappointed. The Greek salad is the best in the world. Order the original dressing. That's the best. Had a wonderful lunch and enjoyed my family. Linda Avant

In our three night stay in Port Richie, we went there to eat twice. The food was excellent, fabulous portion sizes, and the staff is super friendly. If we ever head back this way again, we will be eating here.

The food staff and atmosphere are fantastic. Whole belly Ipswich clams fried to perfection. All me NE people this place is worth the drive. I know I will be back
