Visited this restaurant twice and I'm hooked! I'm currently searching for a VIP membership. It's a lot better than Smoothie King!
The smoothies at this restaurant are excellent and the service is top-notch.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I use to come here often and have ordered all sorts of drinks, Java the Nut being one of them. Today September 18th, I went in there around 2pm and ordered the same thing with my husband. We left and immediately it tasted off. It tasted like straight black coffee. I asked my husband to turn around and head back. I told the person who made it that it wasn't right. She immediately started getting rude and raising her voice at me. I asked if they could remake it and she said I'd have to pay for it. I told her I wasn't and she continued to raise her voice and getting other customers involved when I asked why she was yelling. The other employee was very sweet and tried to handle the situation but was overpowered by the one yelling. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not one there. I asked for her name and she refused.To the manager I have never been treated like this by someone that works in retail. I would come to your store monthly, sometimes bi-weekly. If she isn't talked to or reprimanded you're going to lose customers. I'm sure the customers were in aww at your employee yelling at me. Update I posted this review on Sunday. Today Wednesday, the manager reviewed the tape and called me. They changed their coffee brand which changed the flavor of the drink.Unfortunately, the manager didn't handle this well. She made excuses for her employees behavior saying she's only 18 and doesn't have life experience. It is your job to train her when problems arise if no manager is present. Not wellllllll she's only 18.
