Bidrage med feedbackI love firehouse subs salads. My salad was not made properly (put my salad request on mu husband's sub and his sub request on my salad. A few polite employees an a few who gave off the feeling that they didn't like their job.
Firehouse subs is a little hard to find without a GPS but has very good food. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long to receive the order. Comparable priced. Offers carry out, pick up, and eat in.
Unbelievable place. When the cashiers were not busy, they were cleaning, disinfecting and even asked if we needed anything while we were dining in. Never saw this before in any Firehouse I've been to. Awesome location, best I've ever seen.
Great subs and very friendly service. Lunch was busy but they had plenty of staff to keep the line moving. Only issue so far is with the app recognizing transactions to accumulate points. I've visited twice and still have 0 points but that's an app issue and not a problem with this location
Love Firehouse subs. Unfortunately this time they got my wife 's steamer wrong. I had asked for bacon on my Italian, and got it. Yummy. The main mess up was that they also put bacon on the steamer. They let us keep the bad steamer, and made a new one. They were busy and it did take a fairly long time, but when she did get her new steamer it was perfect. We have been going to Firehouse for years and this is the only time that I can recall us ever having any issues. I would say that over all you have a very good record of getting orders right. Also, I really miss trying out the other hot sauces. Do you have any plans to bring them back in a year or two?
