Zak's Pizza and Grill

Ate here a few times. Food was excellent. Good prices. Quick sevice. Very friendly staff which i think is important.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told they don't take credit cards over the phone you have to download the App , tried that process it didn't work so had to go through another provider to order , pizza arrived and was then informed the were I was staying you get free delivery but because I went through the 3rd party provider it wasn't possible.If you could pay over the phone it would be better. Up side the pizza was great but get back to basics and customer service

I've ordered take away twice from Zak's now using their app, and both times have been a shambles. Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken burger and received a different burger. Not happy!

Came here as a group. Ambience was good, some of the burgers were cold amd had a soggy base, pizza was under cooked. Drinks took ages to come out, which were beers. So didn't have to be made up. Only highlight were the great chips. Very nice. The service was friendly but disorganised. Perhaps keep staff zoned to certain areas: till, bar, kitchen etc

We chose this place at random, but glad we did. We didn't book as it was a Thursday evening, however it was Zak's birthday and the place was packed. The staff were very accommodating, the food was great, burgers, pizza and steak. They also have a great selection of craft beers. Will definitely be back in the future
