Sergio's Pizza - Port Moody

Sergio's has always been our go-to spot, not only because we support local businesses, but also because their pizza is consistently delicious. However, our last few deliveries have been disappointing, with tonight's being the worst. We placed our order through Skip the Dishes on their website, but unfortunately the pizza arrived undercooked and the lasagne was cold. When we called to complain, the staff, after consulting with their manager, insisted that we needed to take it up with Skip the Dishes. It seems that Sergio's is cutting corners by promoting Skip the Dishes to save on costs, while serving poor quality meals. We understand the time constraints placed on restaurants by Skip the Dishes, but it would be nice to receive a properly cooked meal at the very least. With so many other dining options in the Tri-Cities, we will be taking our business elsewhere due to the repeated issues with quality and the restaurant's unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes.

I went to the restaurant for lunch and attempted to purchase 2 pizzas, but the employee rudely informed me that they only sell pizzas as part of combos. I agreed to order 6 combos instead, but he seemed annoyed by the large order. It is clear that the staff is not very customer-friendly, as they lost not only my business but also that of my colleagues who used to dine there regularly. They need to improve their customer service if they are worried about customers having to wait a few extra minutes for their food.

Although our order was initially taken incorrectly, the restaurant staff were very understanding and apologetic when we called to inform them. We appreciate their helpfulness and will certainly be returning in the future.

I visited this independent, local restaurant several times. pizza through the disc or special order is hot, thick, cheesey and gooey. much cheese, toppings and sauce. delicious. sergios is my choice for comfort eating, especially when I'm in a hurry or. to have a bad day. To be honest, I find it hard if I'm in the opposite.

Order was delivered via Skip the Dishes on a Saturday night. We ordered the Big Kahuna Pizza and Baked Spaghetti with Meatballs. Portion sizes good. The Pizza unfortunately had too much sauce and seemed just a little under cooked. Lots of toppings and good value...though for money spent. The Baked Spaghetti had too much cheese on top and came with very little sauce. Overall for a first time order a little disappointed. However, will try them again in future because of other customer ratings being so good.
