My friend and I had a lovely experience in this Cafe. The staff was friendly and service was great. I wish more businesses were so accomodating. It makes for a great experience. Will go back soon.
Unbelievable...worst customer service. I asked for a tissue and they juet rubbed me off..id never recommend this store to anyone!!

Unfortunately our experience was tainted by the misguided management of customer service by the employees left to run the Casa. Our children were excited to have a bubble gum scoop and a cotton candy scoop. The bubble gum was GREAT! Sadly, the cotton candy had a weird coffee-like bite to it that turned the kids off. I tried it and agreed, it wasn 't what was expected. When I returned and asked if we could have a replacement flavour I was told, after a short whispering conference, that I 'd have to pay! I did, my children 's experience is worth it but, I was disappointed with the lack of compassion and understanding. The product was ok but the customer disservice won 't have us returning anytime soon. Not with the competition around. Good luck.
