Cakeya - Port Moody

I really like cakeya’s cake over the years, however the customer service on the phone has been really disappointing lately. This is second time making order through the phone and the lady that takes order has been unpleasant both time. Wish this can be dealt with..

Delicious roll cakes! Got the matcha red bean roll cake $12.00) and the strawberry roll cake $12.50). Both were very delicious and the cream was super fresh in the middle!

So rude, unprofessional Makes customers very unpleasant

Still good, but not as good as before, way less cream and strawberries in the roll cake and the cream is overly whipped.

My gf loves this place and I love their pudding as well. Fine Japanese bakery with excellency. The place is tiny and menu variety may lack but taste of what they have is great.
