Ragin Pot - Port Hueneme

Service was excellent and friendly, the food was delicious, ingredients were fresh. The experience was somewhat uncomfortable with the inability to control the temperature of the food served in the hot pot, and while I understand that this is the nature of a hot pot, a way to transfer the cooking food to another bowl or plate to cool down enough to eat would have been helpful as the food continually cooked over the open fire. Again, the food was very tasty, just difficult to eat at the temperature it climbed to. Overall, a unique dining experience that is worth revisiting.

Vegetarian options: I had the veg bahn mi and even though the sandwich is long gone, I’ll continue to dream of it, it was so good. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their selection. My parents and husband (omnivores) were also very happy with their picks. Carry out was pretty quick (10-15m)

I come here for a lunch and they never disappoints. Food comes out fast and it cooks right in front of you. I submerge the meat in the broth for a few minutes until it's good to go. They have a few broth options to choose from, my favorite is the Satay.

I love the food which was very tasty. I order a spicy meal and man it was hot, however since I love spicy hot I wasn't disappointed.
