Boar's Breath Grill - Port Hueneme

Terrible experience, place has gone downhill. I fought with my family for lunch. the Philly cheese steak without speck ordered. they have described themselves differently from the menu. husband took it back to the counter and was told that it is as they make the cheesesteak, it was traditional, but that is not what the menu said. So he ordered another sandwich, in the meantime my child food came out, they ate. for 45 minutes eating was delivered to other tables, after all my man went to ask and they “forgot” to make us our sandwich. I asked us to wait, but I was in my lunch and had no time. the owner spoke to my man and was not apologetic and gave him the fault that he did not know what a philly cheesesteak was to read her menu! we will not return.

The first time here and it wasn't bad. the variety of foods and people working there was great. thanks for everything they do. I was with the staff and they tried all the different things. I was so hungry and wanted something simple. I bought the kick doubleburger with fritten. I gave four stars because I wanted to try a beer from a cold glass, but I couldn't do it at that time.

Absolutely tasty and fantastic friendly staff! will definitely be back next time! they were also great with any picky burger requests without feeling like an inconvenient. I love that they bring out the food as it is ready to **** hot and fresh (I would rather wait for this wise, than to let a smaller burger cold while waiting to cook on a larger burger). great burger and service.

Knock-fries are pretty good. the order is somewhat confusing. no pages listed on the menu. is more important that the burger meat is very thin and the bungalows give the feeling of white brot.very filled with air. my first thought was that it was like they took him out of a pocket of costco. idk. all ingredients felt very little quality. the customer service is friendly. I'd rather go to n out or other almost food. her marketing and menu gives the impression of being a qualitatiw high quality food, but it is just running the mill diner quality eat. do not expect too much

This restaurant use to be really good as I have been there several times. Unfortunately that is no longer the case, I don’t know if they changed owners or what but it is not the same. I just went in today July 2022 and got a burger drink and fries for over $20 bucks with the tip, when the order came the burger patty was so thin and the burger it’s self was the size of a very small breakfast biscuit and the bread was no longer the pretzel buns. Such a shame this restaurants use to be good but the food quality has gone down and the prices are high for what you get.
