Subway - Port Hope

The girl at the service was extremely unfriendly, we feel just like disturb her…and what a smile, no word to say! We ask a more grilled bread and she didn’t take care of the request. She cut the bread like a bad thing to do… we’ll never go back there.

We have ordered here multiple times in the past and never had issues in the past. Until tonight, we had ordered subs for dinner. I had ordered the Mozarella Bella which is suppose to be a Vegetarian sub. Not only was the sub soaked in condiments but there was tomato sauce…(which isnt part of the sub) then to my suprise meat balls and salami. We asked for a refund and then asked for it to be remade through door dash. The sub comes again.. with the exact same issue. PLEASE have your staff trained on new menu items. The fact that I ordered a veggie sub and got meat on it twice is unacceptable.Vegetarian options: Clearly staff doesn’t know the new vegetarian options very well.

They forgot to put the meat in a 6 assorted sub. How does that happen?? Luckily the other two 6 subs managed to come with meat but I'm hungry and beyond angry right now. You also need to lighten up the condiments. The subs were soaked with the stuff to the point it leaked out and covered most of the outside buns and wrapping. Very unappealing and it really shows the lack of care and training.We've steered clear of the place for close to a year after our last order was botched only to come back to this. I should have left a review last time but i doubt it would matter. The place and people working there don't seem to GAF. You need to do betterl

There was a slight delay on my pickup order and they offered a free drink! I also love the new renovation!

Was good. Sadly as of April 17th 2023 the Neighborhood Subway Shutdown. I used to always get a Turkey on Italian Herb and Cheese Bread, Cheddar Cheese, and Mayo sometimes with Smashed Avocado.
