Five Star Chinese Takeout - Port Hope

Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls. They were TINY, taste deep fried, not real chicken at all. Might as well be kfc. The red sauce wasnt any good. Total waste. Can’t speak for other dishes but I won’t be back. Nice staff and service but the food was not.

This restaurant is the best in the area. It is exceptional.

I absolutely love this Chinese takeout place. The portion sizes are generous and the food is consistently hot and fresh. The staff is also very friendly.

We’ve ordered from this restaurant three times and every time we are always missing items that we’ve payed for. Good food but they don’t pay attention to the orders. Our orders are never fulfilled. If you order pick up check the bag first. If you have it delivered check the bag before they leave. Hopefully others have better luck.

About the best in town, or it used to be. Most recent visit, there must be a new chef. All heat and no flavour. Too bad, Five Star was a nice change, but now there is no place.
