Hawker Kampong - PORT FAIRY

I thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Hawker Kampong. This is one of the nicest meals I have had in some time, with a special nod to the pork belly, short rib and dumplings which were spectacular. The staff were friendly and accommodating when we wanted to add to our order right on kitchen closing time. This meal easily surpasses (for both quality and price) several modern Asian meals I have had in very well known capital city restaurants recently.

Great food and really good service. Lots of different Asian cuisine are represented, all the dishes we tried we excellent. Like the other restaurants in this group in Port Fairy the cocktails are outstanding. Thoroughly recommended.

Delicious interesting share Asian influenced food. The restaurant is beautiful fresh clean! Staff are very attentive without being intrusive, accommodating followed through about our food intolerances, after us booking that day the chef had already revised a normal menu highlighting what was going to be suitable for us! Highly recommend a visit , you won't be disappointed. I thought the local fish was too expensive for the portion though!

Excellent array of wines food and some decent beers. Brilliant bar/restaurant set up Curry night is the bees knees.
