Beachside Cafe - Port Elgin

The burgers at this restaurant are delicious. The beach location is nice, and we plan on coming back to enjoy the beach another time. The food took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait as we weren't in a hurry.

This restaurant, owned and operated by a family, is the top spot for exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly and dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. They exceed expectations to ensure a fantastic dining experience. Their generosity and compassion are truly remarkable. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I visited this restaurant with my parents in the 1960s, it is an iconic spot in Port Elgin.

What is the name of this place? First Base Family Restaurant or The Beachside Cafe? Either way, the food is great and served hot and fresh. The picnic tables and location right on the main beach are a plus!

Best French fries in the world. My family has been visiting Port Elgin and buying French fries from the Beachside Café for years, and honestly, we can't hype them up enough. The family sized portion is awesome. They also have great ice cream too! This place is a must if you're visiting Port Elgin's Main Beach.
