Good food, good service, loud atmosphere, not able to hear table mates

Been here many times and I’m highly disappointed. Waited almost 2 hours for COLD food. Waitress was super nice and apologetic. The manager on the other hand immediately wanted to argue and stormed away with the check. The waitress came back apologized again and told us we were free to leave. Disappointing considering we’ve been coming as a family here for years. Be weary.

We got 2 orders of The Feast for a graduation party!! EVERYTHING was FABULOUS!! We were feeding 7 people and had enough food leftover to send home and keep for ourselves for at least 2 more days!! The potato salad is delicious!!!A must on your list!! I would add photos, but it would be nothing but empty plates!!?

A buddy of mine recommended I try the Old South Smoke House, so I decided to give them a shot. As I walked in, I didn't smell any smokiness, which seemed a bit odd to me. I ordered the brisket, smoked pork, smoked wings, and shrimp. The pork and the wings had no flavor whatsoever. The shrimp were decent, but the sauce had an off taste. The brisket was the highlight of the meal, but it was just ok. The cornbread was moist and tasted like nothing, which was a first. I've never had cornbread with no taste to it. The green beans were middle of the road, at best. The service from the waitstaff was quite good and all of the employees I interacted with were very pleasant. The parking lot was completely full, so I believe they have a loyal customer base, but I won't be one of them. I can say their food is definitely not for me, though it seems to have a devoted following.

I will preface this with the flavor of food being fantastic! I had the full rack of ribs not worth the price at all. There was barely any meat on them, all bones for being almost $30. I will say I was disappointed. The sauces were great! I also had the Mac and Cheese this was fantastic!! Pretzel sticks 100% will not disappoint anyone!! Parking: If they host an event or fundraiser forget about parking you'll never find a spot.
