The part that makes this a 5-Star experience for me is that not once, ever, has any staff rolled their eyes or huffed or asked me to change my order because I've been picky about it. So I like my veg toasted too, but not before sauce. Double toast that food, it's FANTASTIC. Good food takes time. I get No negative reactions. These staff at this location are THE best and I love them.
Told the lady making my sub that i had a mobile bandit coupon for BOGO 50% off. went through the sub making process and then the manager walked up as I was trying to load the coupon and she said they didnt accept them anymore. I told them that I only wanted the turkey sandwich as I didnt want the second if it wasnt 50% off. they then charged me for the more expensive steak sub and made me feel like the bad guy.
Were do i start with this location. The fact they still have a foodsafe surprises me they use the previous days veggies to save money even when the lettuce is brown, the owner is so cheap if there is a bug in the food he tells them to pick it out and notlet anyone see ontop of the fact the cheap owner stopped doing sub of the day. Worse subway location in the Lower Mainland andthe Veggies at this location always make me sick afterwards. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they aren't keeping track of foodrotation and throwing out expired or rotten product and will still use it.
I love this place. Employees are quick and actually remember ur order and make ur sub as asked. It's truly amazing that the amount of times I have been here I have experienced no problems. Parking is limited l, I recommend parking behind subway andwalking around. Seriously tho great work subway I'm impressed. The restaurant is clean and tidy including bathrooms
I will start with this location. the fact that they still have a food-safe surprises that they use the last days veggies to save money, even if the salat is brown, the owner is so cheap when there is a bug in the food he tells them to pick it out and not let anyone see on the fact that the cheap owner does not make me under the day. not to mention that I am quite sure that they are not traced of food rotation and ejected or rotted product and will still use it.
