Bidrage med feedbackAfter the rebranding from the old BBQ place that was in this location we had high hopes for Pitmasters. They did do a very good job renovating it before they opened. We've been there three times over the past year and we've been disappointed each time. The first couple times we figured that they were just figuring things out. Now, a year later, it's much worse. The staff are nonchalant and distracted. The Mac had zero flavour and even less cheese. The brisket (and this is why I feel compelled to write a review) was completely embarrassing. Overcooked, tough, flavourless would be flattering terms for this. Small portions and overpriced. The bartender agreed to take the Mac off but never bothered. The pulled pork was dry but I think that's why the bartender brought over so much mustard that we didn't ask for. It's really too bad about this location. It seems to change brands every few years. I imagine that this place will be gone soon as well so hopefully the next folks get it right. Two stars for the good renovations.

Great baby back ribs, salad, Brunswick stew, cornbreat but my favorite item was our dessert pumpkin bars! To die for (this was the Sat after Thkg 2022 so twas the Season! . Amber, our server, was terrific, too. Great experience. This place should advertise more!
This establishment is blessed to have Kim as a waitress. She did an A plus job! She served a huge crowd of Browns Backers game at this restaurant! Mu husband and I shared the chicken quesadilla. Very good!
I ordered the sliced pork platter. The pork was very dry and crumbly. A couple pieces were so hard that they weren't edible. We've eaten there numerous times before but this meal was very disappointing. No problems with service. I don't know if we'll be back.
