Absolutely chaotic and devastating hotel and restaurant. It is not worth spending a moment, a day or a night apart. Even a roadside Dhaba could give you much better environment and food.

You're a bunch of thugs that never go there. I became with them for the 18th to 20. October 2017 for my Diwali holiday booked with my family and my brothers family. This included bookings of 2 rooms and we had children with us. We should... reach your hotel from Niel Island to Havelock, where the hotel is located. On the day of the trip there was a cyclone warning. All ships that block to Havelock were cancelled by the authorities on the island. Therefore, although we had a confirmed tickets, we could not reach Havelock Island. When I called them and explained to them the situation they said there is no problem, and they will not be able to cancel the booking and repay the money. I pleaded them and told them it's a lot of money and a matter of two rooms. N we also want to get there, but if the boats have been cancelled because of cyclone warning, we cannot swim and come to this place. It's not our fault, and why are we punished? We also told them if they don't think I could send them a copy of the ticket we had confirmed cards. But they just didn't listen. Our whole money went for a waste. No one penny was refunded, even though we had informed them before. I understand that they are fair when the weather is bad, why they are punished, but in this case, why punish us. They would have paid us 50% of the amount we had paid them if humanity had remained!

We chose to stay at this restaurant when all ferries were cancelled due to a cyclone and we needed to be close to the Jetty. The rooms are clean and of good quality. The location is superb, with convenient access to the beaches, Jetty, and market area by vehicle. Highly recommend for travelers on a budget.

In February of 2017, we visited the Havelock restaurant. The hotel has a friendly staff and is conveniently located. The view from the balcony is stunning. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean.

This is actually a hotel. The rooms are very nice and well-maintained, located in the main market area. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with a Thali meal system available. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and they can arrange for two-wheelers for sightseeing.
