Pho Neches - Port Arthur

Frequent customers. Food is always hot and so tasty! They have NEVER gotten our order incorrect. Very thankful for this delicious little restaurant ??

There is one server here who is lousy. The people who came in when I did had their drinks and had given their orders before I was ever noticed. Then when I finally was waited on, he came back 5 minutes later to ask what I had ordered because he hadn'tturned my order in. Once my food was delivered, I never saw him again. No tea refill, no checking to make sure I was happy. Thefood here is adequate but no better than many other restaurants in the area. I will be patronizing them in future.

Ate here for the first time with a friend. Atmosphere was bright and inviting. Server came to take our order quickly. Food came out quickly and tasted great. Only down side was watching our server eat at the front (what looked like wings) and then comecheck on us without washing her hands. I don?t mind if you eat, just wash your hands before handling customers food and drink.

I didn't know I was there 5 minutes before they closed. They were still very courteous and friendly. The Pho was delicious and they have this beef rupture heetta that is from this world!!!

I tried this place for lunch today and I'm so glad I did. We ordered egg rolls for a starter and then the salmon special. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Peter was our server and very attentive and personal. Great atmosphere and food. We can't wait to try other things.
