Firehouse Grill Burgers Fries Take-out

Burger was dry and came with NO normal accouterments.... seriously. I have to ask for mayonnaise, ketchup and every single item. My burger came naked with some (small about) of blue cheese and exactly three Sarcha peppers. Fries were good but $4.00 and not enough to share. Again, I had to ask for ketchup. Top that off with 50 cents for a water cup on an $18.00 burger. No notice of a charge for water.I can sit down at Applebee's, In&out or Bob's Burgers for less with table service.Yep and I waited more than 10 min to place my order in drive thru.

Excellent burgers and fries. Try the onion rings- the best!!!! Also the lemonades are delicious. The reviews were true!

They signed me up automatically for marketing emails without asking. Apparently it's a feature that Square offers to establishments that use them for their POS system. That's news to me, because I've bought meals at plenty of other establishments that use Square, and had my receipts emailed to me through Square, and I've never been put on any email lists. I'm forced to conclude that Firehouse Grill does this deliberately. I didn't even know they used Square here until I got the email receipt, because they just take your card and give it back after they've swiped it.It is disrespectful to opt people into emails without consent. That is what spam is, by definition. Square shares some of the blame for making this possible, and I'll be taking the issue up with them too—but Firehouse Grill could have refrained from using this feature, just like most other places do.It's a shame, because I liked the food. If it weren't for this issue, I probably would have eaten here again. But not if they're just gonna spam me again.
