Fantastic food literally next to the sea with incredible prices!

Mussels with garlic and ouzo are disappointing for quantity. At 12 euros I expected something in more than 11 mussels and without any contour. It is a shame given the position and friendliness of the staff.

I am going to begin with the proprietors who gave me permission to post their photographs. They are very hospitable and take great pride in their establishment. They exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by both. A big bottle of complimentary water was put on the table. The cleanest eatery. We started with tsipouro and octopus. Following a huge xoriatiki Greek Salad . Of course bread was served. As entrees we had a souvlaki entree and pork chop. Both plates came with fried potatoes and a unique salad. Both entrees were delicious. Very good quality meat. They are very generous with the portions. We were offered dessert and fruit but we didn’t accept because we were too full. We were pleasantly surprised upon receiving the bill. It was half of what we expected to pay. We hadn’t seen the menus but went with the proprietors recommendations. We loved sitting by the beach in a very cozy atmosphere. Many nights they have life entertainment and in winter the establishment uses the indoor facilities with life entertainment. Between the area where it’s located Poros and the best food we have eaten on the island I highly recommend this Tavern.

Excellent grill tavern for meat and fish, often fished by the owner Kostas, with a friendly service and honest prices. In some evenings live music is organized!Consigliatissimo
