Mcalister's Deli - Pooler

Tried the Cuban for the first time today. What a fantastic sandwich! I highly recommend this restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and their menu is top notch.

I ordered 2Just Spud both potatoes were dark brown and lukewarm, couldn't melt the butter. I wish I knew how to share a picture. Worse service ever. Very Very disappointed.

I ordered a salad, soup, tea and brownie. They didn’t bring the soup so I asked if it was coming. The food runner said it wasn’t on the ticket and asked for my receipt. I commented that I was charged 18 dollars so I would hope that included the soup. It didn’t. Soup wasn’t rung up. She didn’t offer to put order in or get soup. She didn’t apologize for the error, nothing. Just walked away. 1)What happened to customer service??? 2) What is wrong with the world when a salad, tea and a brownie are $18.00 at a fast food restaurant!

Absolutely awful food and customer service. I called to ask if my sandwich was supposed to be hot with honey mustard sauce and a pickle on the side. They say yes. I explain that my order wasn't right and ask if they can do something about it. They tell me to take it up with Door Dash. Since when does the delivery driver make my sandwich? Was he supposed to add the honey mustard while driving and pull a pickle out of his glove box? They couldn't care less about customer service.
