Dunkin' - Pooler

Donuts were stabbed and dining room closed at 17 o'clock. in view of pooler is a hub for tired traveling, you would hope that they are out of their car and enjoy some coffee and fresh donuts!

I was lucky on a Wednesday morning and caught the lobby open. Went on a Thursday morning and the Lobby was closed. So, good luck on that. Terrible customer service. Terrible tasting coffee. Nothing like I remember Dunkin coffee. It’s a shame.

I go often, because their drive thru is faster than most...but food is often cold and their not that friendly

I have to come inside after they gave us a frozen in the middle red pepper grilled cheese sandwich, and for what seems to be a simple order they took longer than expected. I was surprised by the conditions of the salon I understand this location is really busy but take somebody who really care to at least clean up the counter and donuts and on the open if this is how they got the overall areas other than drink I won’t ask for any food.

I don’t even have any thing clever or insightful to write about this location. I can only think of one word that accurately describes the customer service and quality of food. YUCK.Yuck to the employees and their demeanor which show that they clearly don’t want to be there. Yuck to stale donuts. Yuck to the pisswater coffee. Yucks all around. And I’ll throw an Ewww in there for good measure.But seriously, the only reason i didn’t give it a 1 star is that at least the 15min wait in the drive through allowed me to scroll funny IG stories. So I guess it wasn’t all a waste :
