Buffalo Wild Wings - Pooler

I usually like BWW. My go to is always the Buffalo ranch wrap, always. We ordered 2 of them on a weeknight, it was a little bit busy in the takeout area. I ordered online, my order did take a lot longer than the est wait time was showing. When I got home (I live just down the road so not far at all) both wraps and fries were very cold. Like they had been made and were left sitting for quite some time. The tortilla on each wrap was extremely crumbly, like it was stale. There was very little chicken in each one, the one with regular Buffalo sauce was barely sauces at all. Lettuce was old. I hate leaving such a complaining review on a place I normally do like. This was the first time I went to this location. I know we live in a busy area clogged up with tourists and all, but can we please try to not let food quality slide? It's just gross and such a waste of money.

We just had our worst visit to wild wings ever. the ketchup was great. the beer was okay. the wings were dry and crispy, the most delicious food I've ever eaten was dead. the Caesar salad was devastated and very speary. we'll never be back. I've read that wild wings were in hardships, and now we understand why.

My husband and I came in at prime time around 7:45 and sat at the bar. They were super busy and there was a long wait for a table. Sam the bar tender/waitress and her partner at the bar (didn’t get the name) were overwhelmed but did an amazing job. They took our order quickly and the food came out lightening fast (no joke about 5-10 min later). It was hot and everything was delicious.You could tell they were understaffed the way they were running around but they were efficient and kind through it all. They didn’t get defeated or rude in the fire of business and I was so impressed by the team. Keep it up and get some more good staff like them so you don’t burn them out and lose them!

I think I'm pretty dang liberal but minors at the bar at 10:30 pm on a Fri night? Guess it's law, but it made for weirdness after a long day as a high school teacher. I was sitting between 3 minors (and their guardians). Every time I come here, I remember why I don't come. WTF???

My husband loves to come here for the beer and sports but the food is horrible and has gotten worse over the last few months. Firstly, I saw the bartender use her mouth to open a bottle of liquor. Then a few moments later she used her shirt to open a beer for a customer.The chicken was very very dry and tough. The fries very salty and full of black pepper. I am taking break from here. The waitress said she is sorry but all the chefs are new.
