Wetherspoons - Poole

After having lunch at another venue, we headed down to the waterfront for some more drinks. Despite being a bit rowdy, six middle-aged ladies were outside enjoying themselves to the fullest. The staff was fantastic and Chloe, from Hertford, who was working at the upstairs bar, was lovely. The bites we ordered at the small counter were delicious and the service was fast. Thank you for a fantastic afternoon/evening.

Ordering two breakfasts took a long time to arrive. when they did, they were both cold. they returned them to wait for another to be sent back to us and they were again cold! we ate and went, never back.

Went to order a drink at the bar today to take away to enjoy in the sunshine where a staff member working at the bar who was quite young with brown hair falsely accused me of being rude and then refused my service. I was...not being rude I simply got confused with the sizes of drink and she took that as by me asking a question I was being rude. I get that they get busy and stressed but that was so reason to be so rude to me. Considering the customer before was rude about her and said she was slow at service but she still served them. Manager was spoken too and then served me after I explained what happened and said she would speak to her. I hope she is as she should not be working in customer service if she cannot handle the pressure. To accuse someone who suffers with anxiety makes them really feel horrible. I will not go here again would rather go to the one further down the rude with much nicer service.

I think it's completely unacceptable that a staff member that has Autism was made to remove human waste in toilet that was blocked by hand and was forced into it and threatened with his job. He told me he was provided with a lack of...PPE and then going to touch food afterwards. Discrimination and health and safety concerns all over. Shame the company doesn't take serious matters like this seriously! Won't be returning, and will be advising you to do the same. Disgusting behaviour by Tim Martin and the executives. Will be telling my friends about this... This happened in the Lord Wimbourne. The poor chap has hyper sensitivity to smell to!

Family unwell after both eating the same food. Rang premises who said they would investigate but we haven’t heard anything over a week later.
