Starbucks - Poole

I love Starbucks and everything is made the same throughout the branches. I'm from London and love pink coconut milk. Staff here are friendly. Fast and they spelt my name right too. Have seating areas too and food selections are good too

Service a bit slow but it's an easy relaxed place to stop for a nicely-made coffee while shopping

Quite disappointed experience, I asked for a white chocolate mocha and I had a white chocolate Frappuccino instead. The cashier also asked me if I wanted cream and I said not but got whipped cream anyway. I was looking forward for my hot coffee. 3 different customer had their order wrong :

Fantastic customer service today, i had asked for a small Latte and showed my Veterans discount card for small discount. I only realised when i went to pay that it was cash only and i did not have my debit card with me. I said not to worry and was about to go on my way, but the lady with dark hair who was making the drinks very kindly gave me the Latte for free as she had already started making it. Thank you so much for kindness, you made my day, you are an amazing individual and an asset to your store. Thank you.

I have asked for a Machiatto and they gave me a Latte. Also I have ordered a large frapuccino and they gave me a small one, such a shame!
