Delfino Lounge - Poole

I have been to the various Lounges and this was my second visit to our new Delfino one in Poole. Staff are extremely helpful when you ask for the separate vegan menu (which has a gluten free menu on the back). Both meals I've had the avocado brunch and the falafel salad have been nicely presented, tasty and filling. I love this chain as it makes it so easy for me alongside meat eating friends and colleagues! I also think the decor is great too.

Over the past few months this has become the go-to place for me and my friends. Atmosphere is always cozy and when they are busy it’s more often than not that you receive your food and drink faster than the estimated time -even when they are absolutely packed. Food never disappoints, staff are all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would massively recommend; best place to eat in Poole.

They asked about allergies, told them tomatoes. They then said they didn’t have coleslaw and offer side salad which I declined, but food served with side salad including TOMATOES! Ask to talk to manager, who couldn’t be bothered to come and speak with us If you have allergies don’t bother eating here as they don’t care

Extremely busy but order taken quickly and not too long to wait for food. Staff very friendly cheerful. Food good. Will continue to visit.

Really lovely! Staff were very pleasant, the food was great and served in good time a godsend for Coeliacs too. Some of the poor comments and ratings on here are disappointing this place is well worth a visit!
