I felt compelled to write a review about the fish and chips at this restaurant because they are always delicious. We often stop by for a meal on Sunday afternoons because they are open all day and definitely one of the top fish and chip shops in the area.

We hosted a charity fundraiser at Poole Quay for more than 100 people. Caroline and her team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The food was delivered promptly and was served hot. Our guests gave us excellent feedback. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

This restaurant has experienced a decline in quality. The medium fish I ordered was smaller than the small fish from Upton Chippy. The chips were greasy and not fresh. I placed my order at 7:30 while on my way home from work and was told it would be ready by 7:50. However, I arrived at 7:55 and did not receive my order until 8:20. I used to frequent this restaurant once a week, but I will not be returning. Instead, I will be visiting Upton Chippy at least once a week from now on.

Very disappointed with what they call s large cod! Barely a normal cod size. My husband and I always share a large cod from fish and chip shops at home and this is plenty big enough for two. Their cod was in no way a large cod! Not value for money What we had tasted ok.
