The hike from Muottas Murgal to Apl Languard is a great panoramic path. You have the Farnicular up and the chairlift to Pontresina downstairs. It is a simple walk with magnificent views all the way. The restaurant is about halfway and offers a view of the valley to St Moritz. It is a comfortable place to stop for a break, wine and lunch. Your soup is delicious as the potato salad with swings our choice for the day. The service was exceptional and fast. We found the opportunity to stop here hard to happen and we were well rewarded.
We stayed at the restaurant on our Muottas Muragl panoramic hike and had a nice lunch nothing fun, just sandwiches and a good homemade potato salad while we were sitting under Coca Cola umbrellas! on the terrace. A trio of servers offers friendly and surprisingly fast service. While the food reached the place, the real highlight here was the view: right opposite the Val Roseg and the high peaks at the top of the valley, as well as back towards Sils Maria and the mountains around the lake. The Munt de la Bes cha was a good place to stay for a simple pit stop overlooking the panoramic path.
Great place and views. Not easy to reach, but we arrive two hours from point muragl. We took a dish of local dried meat. Sooo good. And I had seen amazingly grilled sausage! Nice tables. Strange and antique toilet!! Not cheap... I have to tell you, but the quality is the best and you have no road for delivery!! All cooked under the fire.
The small restaurant munt da la bes-cha above pontresoina can be easily reached on the high way from muottas muragl to alp languard. all the way you have a beautiful view of the upper gadin and the Bernina massif
