I tried to use an E-Gift card, but she rated me because it was an older card. but there is no conspiracy and she refused to accept. I had used it in another arby’s recently and it had a balance over it. She treated me like I was totally criminal.
Waited over 10 minutes gave my order to wrong customers asking me, I want a cookie advice, it is the thought. the staff is short, but the prices are high enough gas, but these restaurants do not want to be responsible for bad service.
I have to give a 5-star rating because the outstanding service from the staff and the manager daniel. when entering the restaurant was very clean and I was greeted by daniel. the entire staff ensured amazing service and love to detail that smile on my but all customers face. After I finished my order and gave me my dinner, daniel asked me again if I needed something else and wished me a good day. arby’s is now my way to the restaurant for not only me, but my employees. thanks daniel for the great service. we'll see you soon.
Only because of the greatest arby in the whole state. never got eaten here, always hot and they always ask and contain all the sauces they need.
Decided to try the new steakhouse bacon/ranch burger. EXCELLENT! Hefty, juicy, just the right amount of lettuce, tomato, sauce, etc. Really good bun. Hope they keep it this way if it becomes a part of the permanent menu. As good a fast-food burger as I ever had. What with the lunch time drive-through in competition with the dine-in, it was a bit slow to get the food. Worth it though. REALLY glad to see dine-in resume. As I do not do takeout, this was nice to get back into an Arby's.
