Restaurant to repeat! We ate menu of the day, with several options to choose from! The food was very good. The price is ok. €13 per menu that includes dessert or coffee. We had a very pleasant meal at an outdoor table at Cre Cotte, in a quiet pedestrianised narrow street. The staff were most helpful and the savoury crêpes were delicious and filling. The desserts were surprising and had unusual flavour combinations which were lovely. We also tried the same company in Santiago but it wasn't as good as this branch.

This delicious little restaurant was recommended to us by a local shop keeper. WE LOVED IT and are not exaggerating by saying we ate there more than a half dozen times during our two weeks in Pontevedra. The outdoor café part is on a quaint Pontevedra street in the old section of the city. Its indoor restaurant is housed in the oldest house on the block so the interior is VERY interesting, maintaining granite columns and stone walls (the crevices holding international coins left by diners) of historical times. Never did we have a mediocre dish. Everything was stellar and we tried quite a few dishes: strawberry gazpacho, a Mexican themed crepe, filet mignon of Bellota pork, mushroom crepe, a salad of baby lettuce, avocado, anchovies and caviar....and on and on. The recommended wine came with a lengthy explanation of their origin, qualities, etc. Arriving with my husband in a wheelchair, we were ALWAYS happily accommodated whether outside or inside. We cannot say enough about this gem in Pontevedra...not too far from the Parador.
