Chef Angelo Borghese left me breathless. I tasted the Terra culinary journey and felt the same sensations of my traditional cuisine, memories of the genuine flavors of the past... but masterfully contaminated by this young chef. EVERYTHING SUPERB! Attention to the customer I would define as pampering, thanks also to Anna, the one who accompanies the dishes at the table. It may seem like a restaurant only because of the hotel that hosts it, but NO. DO NOT hesitate to try Angelo 's cuisine. I will definitely return because I was captivated by the flavors that he manages to give to his dishes. You can choose between individual dishes and tasting courses.... Excellent cellar with quality wines at reasonable costs. They also received a Gambero Rosso fork. What more can I say? Seeing is believing. Ideal for lovers and connoisseurs of the pleasures of the table and not belly-filling BINGES.
I often pass by Pontecagnano on my way to Cilento, but I didn't think I'd find a gem like this. Taste the Genoese revisited, sublime. Even better than those I ate in the historic center of Naples. And then hot bread served in a glass bell jar, tastings provided by the chef and extremely attentive service. The price is certainly another pleasant surprise. It's also in the Gambero Rosso guide with a fork!
My boyfriend and I had dinner at this place which was a fabulous discovery. Excellent food to say the least, particular and well presented on the plate. Modern and welcoming location. Very friendly and helpful staff. A particular recognition to the waiter who looked after us, Diego, prepared, kind and friendly. Absolutely a must-try place. We will definitely be back!!
Close to the airport and with excellent dishes, from starters to desserts. It takes inspiration from cuisine from all over the world, but revised in a local key thanks to the agri-food excellence of southern Italy, with rightful pre-eminence of Campania. The chef has a small personal vegetable garden and also uses wild herbs. Thus the dishes become surprising in taste and apparent simplicity. I chose the seafood menu and I really liked it. The room is large and not at all noisy, the tables far apart. The low volume background music does not disturb and allows conversation without effort. I'll be back for sure.
