Bidrage med feedbackWe celebrated our high time on 04/06/22. we were thrilled. super decoration, on our request and the flower arrangements by rose grandios. the meal was delicious, plentiful and the aperitif buffet outside very significant. all our guests were unanimous, they enjoyed themselves and had a great time, I recommend royam.
This kind of restaurant is dedicated to events, family reunion, dancing parties or lunches or dinners with middle size groups. In the country side a few miles afar Savenay, you get lot of parking lot. They are more specialised for catering groups than for fine dining with couples but this was a really nice experience. Large and bay-windowed dining rooms with lot of space and the size of the dining rooms can vary according to the number of guests. The best is the menu for this kind of venue, fine dining selection and nice cooking that you are not at all disappointed between the expectation and what you get in your plate. We enjoyed Dover sole filets for appetizers, followed by duck breast, in large plates somewhat Texas size, we could have shared the plates for each couple. Dessert was a tasty Norvegian omelette. Wine selected with the menu was fine and still more considering the lunch package price. Maybe I would not have made a call there just passing by, but I highly recommend what has been an unexpected and fine experience. Staff is very efficient, busy, not much time to talk but they succeed in serving more than 40 meals pretty quick and when the plates are landing food is still warm!, nice looking and fine tasting. Present for a special evening (which was very pleasant) disappointed that I was offered a vegetarian menu (reserved more than a week in advance) where in the end everything that was done was to remove meat from the plate

Back to savenay, after several years of absence, a buffet stop at the royam did not disappoint us. The welcome is unsurprising: pleasant and warm, a simple but effective card, a chef (I say well a chef who accepts without reluctance to modify a accompaniment by not putting any caps in a tartare and replacing them with finely chopped cives: what a good idea, it mixes perfectly with the tartare! In short, a small detour on the fast path between the snow and the vanes that is perfect for lunch!
