Pizza Companhia - Ponta Delgada

My family is in Sao Miguel for the first time. After a long day we decided to stop in because the kids wanted pizza. The staff was nice, but the food was mostly horrible. We had 2 burgers, a grande cheese pizza, frango and a couple of bowls of soup. The soup of the day was a nice chicken and rice with a little lemon, and it was the only good part of the meal. The pizza was under cooked and the cheese topping had a bad smell. The burgers were almost raw, which is amazing since the patties were so thin. The frango was a oven baked chicken that they then put some hot sauce on. To top it off we watched Portugal lose to Uruguay. Bad food and bad luck. Avoid.

This restaurant has only been opened for 5 months but you'd think it had been there for years....the service is excellent and quick. It is a very clean establishment and the pizza was excellent!. We ate there twice in 3 days and will most likely return a third time before leaving this island! Highly recommended!

Really greasy... the crust is a bit too thick for my taste but it was okay...
