Nothing against the location and the submarines, but at $20 for a 12 inch and $10 for a box of biscuits, I find it very expensive.

The cashier, named Hope, does not remove her gloves when handling the cash register and money, then proceeds to make sandwiches without changing them. The service is extremely slow and lacking in warmth or enthusiasm. While we managed to deal with it, the overall experience and service were not very pleasant.

The chef was very friendly! I was seated right away and he even helped me correct my order when I made a mistake, all while maintaining a smile. It was a wonderful experience!
