Mcdonald's - Ponca City

The biscuits gravy was really good, the gravy was not watered down and had a good spicey taste. Note: I ordered an extra biscuit and there was enough gravy for the third biscuit.

Fries were soggy.. and half empty. hamburger were burnt

I had a great experience at this restaurant, largely thanks to the cashier. She was incredibly friendly, always smiling and greeting customers. It was refreshing to see someone so dedicated to going above and beyond in her role. I visited on July 16, 2020, at 2:00 PM, and her positive attitude truly enhanced my visit. They need more employees like her!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience recently. We were attended to by two young ladies, Lynn and Anice-Typen-Jay. They were both very pleasant and took the time to engage with my daughter, even sharing their names with her. Our food was prepared just as we requested, and we really appreciated their friendly service.

The food is absolutely delicious! My family and I love to indulge in their dishes.
