Sweetberry Pompton Lakes

Ordered to go on my lunch break so was in a little rush. Got a message my order was ready and arrived 10mins later and it was not ready and needed to wait a couple mins.The smoothie was put into a bag and had no lid on it just tin foil. So it spilled in the bag and my car.The wrap was a mess. It was completely stuck to the tinfoil it was in and had to be peeled off. The chicken was very chewy with tendions and I spit a couple pieces out. Threw most of it out because the chicken.Very expensive lunch about $30 and it was terrible.

We usually love this place, but they’re out of basically everything and the place is dirty. It looks like the management has let it go… when we got here people had been waiting for awhile and there was only one girl working. She had to keep apologizing for everything.

Ordered on app using an online coupon. The coupon would not go through. I indicated this on my order and also when I picked up. The manager would not honor the coupon on the app. This loyal customer will no longer order from here again.Food: 3/5

I would like to start with a disclaimer. This place fitted my needs to a certain extent.My cousin and his wife and I walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. We did not feel rushed as the employee allowed us to decide what to get.I chose the sweet dragon bowl, and they chose the the sweetberry bowl with chocolate protein powder.The employee did her very best to serve us but we noticed she was not very experienced. Unfortunately, she ended up getting my order wrong and gave me the pink rainbow bowl. And the bowl that my cousin got was not very well made as the protein powder was still very much powdery. We agreed that we would definitely come back, but we would like to see a better handle on the management and training. Props to the employee for trying her best, and I hope the manager gets her some more help

I ordered a smothie and a sweet bowl and i was really not happy with it. The smoothie was sour due to the straberries and in my sweet bowl i found a random blueberry that was not supposed to be there. Other than than for my sweetbowl there were shown certain ingridients and i found something else on the bottom that i still now have no clue what it was. The strawberries on top were also sour. The smoothie made my friend sick and i do not reccoment this place. For those 2 orders i spent 24$ which is insane for what i got.
