Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is definitely a local jewel. The menu is constantly changing and seasonal. With some of the products that come from the farm of Kellogg, along with beers and wines from the campus brewery, it is really farm for many items to table. The R@KR is the cheapest place for a beautiful meal, prepared and with impeccable service, in an elegant environment. I'd talk about my meal, but it always changes. I can only say it was delicious. I also make it a point to try every dessert, but in my excitement I forgot to make pictures of them. Open only on selected days, check before time; Reservation required!
The restaurant is very sweet. All employees are students at the hospitality school and do their best to offer high quality service. The view is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows on one side. Food is limited and is decent for the price. There are limited options for substitutions, as the chefs are also students. I recommend getting the burger even though it's done well.
Came to meet chef, but who is already in retirement The menu definitely changes a lot We have both steak, and there is only one steak with a large bunch of French pommes. We were both surprised. I can see my friends who say dissatisfaction? Everything is more Mexico Taste Enjoy You're the serenity here though. Tks
Making reservations was very easy, they also sent a confirmation email the day before. Location is beautiful and the servers were very attentive and friendly. The prices were facing the higher end and the food needed some time to get out, but it was worth waiting. Everything was delicious and serving size was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
Pretty decent and creative dinner for $35, at this time. It includes appetizer, entree, and desert. This restaurant is managed by students in most aspects and is on the hilltop of the Cal Poly, Pomona campus. Side note: The Cal Poly Pomona 2016 Zinfandel that they currently serve there is pretty good. It's more of a red wine than the usual pink wine one would expect.
