Focacceria Del Corso - POLIGNANO A MARE

You've never eaten better! not too greedy, soft, great goto! super recommended!

We ran into this focacceria by chance, walking through polygnano. Let's read in the showcase that they only smell olive oil and poorly refined flour, so we are tempted to taste their focaccia. the texture soft enough and the delicious focaccia. I have a doubt about the type of yeast but all in all is not bad, indeed. they also do it with only zucchini or only potatoes so it is perfect for everyone. I read that if you order in advance, you can decide the goto. I'll be back before I leave.

Delicious food and lovely staff. The food was very reasonably priced and great value for money, very tasty and recommend for lunch or a quick snack.

If you’re staying in Polignano a mare, or visiting for the day, you MUST try the focaccia here! Opening times appear to vary, however we went there around 10am and had fresh focaccia, which was the best we’ve ever had. My partner and I are massive foodies from London and find in general we can be hard to impress, but this was sensational. Salty, oily, tasty goodness.
