Dunkin' - Poland

Only here because of gift cards. I drink basic black coffee. No need for the current lattee 's and flavored drinks. So I purchase donuts and today a couple of Everything bagels. Three weeks running donuts taste old and dried out. Easy to understand why theydropped Donuts from their name. Today 's bagels looked more like somewhat flattened baseballs. Then I asked only to be slicedand I could toast at home. Well they were sliced. Top slice with seasonings was almost 1 1/2 thick. Bottom barely 3/8 . Had touse toaster over and could toast both sides at same time. DUNKIN YOU SUCK

I ordered a hot dirty chai on a cold, blustery day and it came in a hot drink cup but is straight up cold. It tastes like they poured in the espresso shot and finished it up by pouring refrigerated Chai drink mix to fill the rest of the cup. Fairlydisappointed in this one.

Love DD coffee and a bagel. This particular store has the best employees. Monday 10/31/2022 stopped for a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. Girl at window rude as hell. Got the majority of orders all mixed up. She charged me for someone else'sorder. She handed me my coffee and when I asked where my sandwich was she said I didn't order one. I said yes I did. Herresponse was ...,I'd have to ring it up again and I just credit your card for over charging you do have a great day sorry.Poland location always had great employees. No class at all.

I?m disappointed. I arrived five minutes before close to get food for my organization, but the drive through operator said they threw everything away already so that they could close. I understand everyone wants to leave and the day was almost finished;however, why post that you?re open until 11? It?s frustrating to promise your team something, but then fail to deliver becausepeople want to go home early.

It's usually a hit or miss on the donut quality here. But today was a big miss. I got a dozen donuts and they were all very soggy. Yep soggy. Gross....no more dunkin for me.
