Taco Bell - Pocomoke City

Good service and nice staff. almost all tables had to be wiped.

Can’t stand this location. Pouring rain, waiting for someone to address me on the speaker, could barley hear them speak, car soaked, drive up because sign says hearing impaired assistance at this window only to be told to leave the line to come inside. Sorry not dragging my two girls in the rain when you didn’t want to verbally take my order at the window for two things! Why can’t this be another empty building in Pocomoke?

I waited almost 20 min in the store before any one took my order. There was a line at the drive up window. Employees were moving like molasses extremely slowly. When after 20min I asked if my order could be taken, the counter person was arguments saying only 3 people were working at the time. It took less than 30 sec to fill my order which was 1 burrito and a self serve drink. Employees need to know they should pay attention to customers in the store as well as the drive line. This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a Taco Bell. I would give it zero star rating if that were and option

Went thru ordered KFC..waited 4ever in drive thru, got all the way back to island order totally wrong. Pd for all White meat got all dark ordered corn instead of Cole slaw due to Allergen,Order was obviously someone else order. Called for almost an hr no answer. At all cost stay away from this place not 1st time order was wrong.

Has not even got food as we were at the counter for 5 minutes standing never greeted. the customer waiting for food, said he had waited for his food for 20 minutes. looks dirty too, so we got out!
