Wildwood Derrys Cross - Plymouth

An appetizer. there is a lively atmosphere and the personal is friendly. the menu offers a good choice for cheap trips and there is even 10% discount if you have a proof of theater tickets. would like to visit again.

1 star I ordered a meal about a month ago that was excellent, whereas the one that arrived today is totally scorched and burnt. Frankly, it's disgusting. I doubt I'll order from this restaurant again, considering the slightly higher prices, it's not worth the risk. I'm editing my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I was asked to email their customer service, which I did and I've not not heard anything in 8 days. Double edit: Upon contacting their customer service department, I was offered a coupon, so my partner and I gave it another chance. The starters were absolutely sublime and totally beyond expectations. One of the main meals did turn out to be wrong, but they remedied the problem in less than 5 minutes and kept my meal warm, still tasting excellent. Overall, the service, food, ambiance and overall experience was excellent and so with pleasure I am changing my review to 5/5 stars.

Wonderful customer serves which can really make a difference to a good meal/experience. Oh and the food was lovely too. Thanks to our Romanian waiter.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, the service was great. The food was lovely and the portion size is also great. A good range of drinks too. Just a short walk from the shops in the centre and just down from the theatre.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The team here is fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Our food was excellent, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The place was clean and appeared to be well-organized and efficient. The staff, especially the younger workers, were outstanding. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this place!
