Turtle Bay - Plymouth

Bottomless brunch for my belated birthday and our date day. Great host(Tom), atmosphere and food was of form as always

The restaurant is incredible the decorations and lights are amazing. We went in Friday evening so it was abit busy but it was lovely to see people. The food was nice and the potions were reasonable for the price. The staff were very professional and helpful great service

My server Natalia was very friendly and excellent at her job. The place was very busy and the food came quickly. I had the chicken Buddha bowl. The chicken was very dry, as though it had been under bright light for a while but it was tasty. I really enjoyed what I had and would definitely order it again. Some of the staff looked like they usually worked in the back office and looked very out of place helping deliver orders. They also didn't know the seating plan and kept getting it wrong. Maybe they should spend more time out front and they may feel more confident when helping out.

Went for a cheeky Thursday bottomless brunch for my birthday. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive and Tom was brilliant at making sure our drinks were always full! The cocktails were amazing and we managed to get through 20 of the 23 on the menu between us! Food wasn't as good as I expected, but soaked up some of the alcohol nonetheless, which is why I've knocked them down a star! Will definitely be going back for more cocktails!

Restaurant Very quiet, not many people at our time at 8.30 Food 3 items we tried to order were out of stock we were recommended different dishes and they were not very nice. The food I did order was rather dry and very little of it, rice was hardened and sauce was bland. Dining partner was recommended the goat and he disliked it so this rather ruined the meal in general Overall the experience was very bland, no atmosphere, staff were nice enough. I also had a pair of rather nice trousers ruined for the evening as we were given napkins that were fluffy this isnt good when you 're wearing dark coloured clothing and get bits of 'lint ' everywhere
