Yes the shop is tatty and run down. I've been coming here 4 years and I will keep coming back I enjoy the food never had a issue and the staff have always been very helpfully and friendly

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Paid over £50 for the food to be delivered; crispy duck with pancakes was my main dish that costs £15. Came with no pancakes... phoned up and was argued with for a woman who insisted they were inside till she hung up on me. Phoned up again and the owner argued this with me again even after I said I will pay for extra pancakes to be delivered before swearing at me ‘f you’ and hung up on me. Genuinely really hungry and upset.. wish I’d ordered elsewhere

I have ordered from here twice once on a Saturday and other being a Thursday. Had to ring up both times and ask where order was Saturday was waiting over 2 1/2 hours for delivery which I understood but on a Thursday waiting over 1 1/2 is a joke. Definitely won't be ordering again

Stinking Chinese. Needs shutting down. My ‘Crispy aromatic duck’ was sent into a volcano I believe. The only way I could get it down me was with my can a Pepsi Max which was warm. The ‘sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style’ was just batter. I searched for the chicken in it but I’m guessing it crossed the road. The only positive was the Prawn crackers which they bulk buy from a Prawn Cracker shop so it’s not actually them cooking it.
