Bertucci's Plymouth Meeting

Upon arriving for our reservation, we were informed by the front desk that we could not be seated because the kitchen was closed. Despite expressing our willingness to wait, they still refused to accommodate us. As a result, we ended up dining at California Pizza Kitchen located across the street.

I requested for the wings to be cooked longer, but when they returned they still weren't prepared properly. There were flies flying around throughout the entire meal, and the bathroom was dirty. Overall, it felt like a quick in-and-out fast food service.

Hello, I had reservations for Plymouth Meeting location, this is the second time I booked and the restaurant was not open. This place is CLOSED!! Please let everyone know that it is closed and not to book!!!!
